Think of Glendale Entertainment District as a one-stop destination to meet with friends and family, take a date or just relax at the adjacent resort hotel. Coloradoans and visitors can spend their days and evenings strolling down tree-lined streets, enjoy the many shops, take a break in the beautifully landscaped outdoor plazas, listen to music, and enjoy multiple indoor and outdoor, casual, and fine dining options.
FUN FOR THE ADULTS
Glendale Entertainment District will also be the only entertainment district in Colorado that allows common consumption areas where visitors will be able to walk around the District with their favorite adult beverage and tenants can serve alcohol until 4:00am.
PARKING
Unlike many popular entertainment areas, visitors will have no trouble parking. Two large parking structures will be located within the District, and there will be a dedicated drop-off/pick-up area for Uber and Lyft. For those who prefer to take advantage of Colorado’s 300 days of sunshine, the District is bordered on the southwest by Cherry Creek and its popular trail, so visitors can easily walk, jog or bike to the area.

Bordered by E. Virginia Avenue to the north, Cherry Creek South Drive to the south, and S. Cherry Street to the east, it sits along the pedestrian friendly Cherry Creek trail and the banks of Cherry Creek.
