CENTRAL STREET CAPITAL, INC. SELECTED TO CREATE COLORADO’S MOST UNIQUE ENTERTAINMENT DISTRICT IN THE CITY OF GLENDALE

DENVER, CO May 26, 2021:  Central Street Capital, Inc. is pleased to announce that its affiliate entity, Glendale Development Partners, LLC, has entered into a Master Redevelopment and Disposition Agreement (MRDA) with the City of Glendale, Colorado. The MRDA calls for the redevelopment of a 10-acre site near E. Virginia Avenue and S. Cherry Street, along the banks of Cherry Creek.

Glendale Entertainment District (formerly known as Glendale 180) is a 300,000 square foot, $150 million project soon to be home to a vast array of premier entertainment options, including a 40,000 square foot live music concert venue, movie theater, casual and fine dining, a proposed app-based sportsbook gaming hall, pubs, rooftop bars, nightclubs, exclusive shops, a new 200 room resort hotel, and beautifully landscaped outdoor plazas. The District will be the only entertainment district in Colorado that allows open consumption areas and tenants to serve alcohol until 4:00 am.

“We are thankful to the City of Glendale for allowing us the privilege of developing one of the most unique entertainment districts in Colorado,” said Rob Salazar, president of Central Street Capital, Inc.

Glendale City Council gave final approval for the new project on May 26, 2021.
